Dr. Dayna Scott Vidal, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, is a nationally recognized nursing leader and healthcare executive known for advancing clinical quality and system-wide performance. As Vice President of Nursing Professional Development and Clinical Outcomes at Grady Health System, she leads initiatives in clinical education, nursing quality, and strategic improvement efforts across one of the country’s largest safety-net hospitals.
With over a decade of leadership spanning inpatient, trauma, ambulatory, and emergency care, Dr. Vidal has driven measurable improvements in nurse retention, patient safety, and care outcomes. She is a recipient of multiple honors including the Georgia Hospital Association Patient Safety Award.
