With Nova Scotia set to see significant snowfall amounts tomorrow, residents will be out and about shoveling their driveways and sidewalks. Dr. Karen Joudrey is available to provide ten tips that were developed by occupational therapists on how to shovel snow safety and to reduce your chances of injury.
