Evolutionary biologist Dr. Ford Doolittle has been named a Companion of the Order of Canada 鈥斅爐he highest honour in the Order 鈥斅爄n recognition of a scholarly career that has upended our understanding of the natural world and helped made Canada a global leader in genome evolution.
