West Virginia Recognizes Autonomy of CRNAs with New State Law

West Virginia enacted legislation that allows more autonomy for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to practice anesthesia care. With the passage of Senate Bill 810, 44 state legislatures have determined that physician supervision of CRNAs under the nursing laws is unnecessary.
